The Board invites Proposals from fully qualified Service Providers with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the provision of an outdoor electronic sign at Dr. Charles Best Secondary School 2525 Como Lake, Coquitlam, BC V3J 3R8

The decision on which Proposal best suits the need of the Board will be based on the Board’s evaluations of the submissions. The Board will review all submissions by the Proposal Closing date and time and shall be the sole determinant of the successful Proponent.  The lowest or any submissions will not necessarily be accepted.

There is a mandatory site visit planned for Friday October 06, 2023, at 11:00 am local time at Dr. Charles Best Secondary. The meeting location will be at the school front entrance.
