The Board of Education of School District No 43 (Coquitlam), hereinafter referred to as the (“Board”), invites Proposals from fully qualified Service Providers with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the provision of professional services for an Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP), covering employees and their eligible dependents/family members. Proponent's (and its subcontractors/referrals) data storage center must be in Canada, this is non-negotiable.

This NRFP will be divided in two stages, with shortlisting after Stage I evaluation. It is the intention of the Board to shortlist up to two (2) Proponents to move forward to Stage II. Stage II will include the Board’s final option selection, and best and final financial response.

The decision on which Proposal best suits the need of the Board will be based on the Board’s evaluations of the submissions. The Board will review all submissions by the Proposal Closing date and time and shall be the sole determinant of the successful Proponent.  The lowest or any submissions will not necessarily be accepted.
