The Board invites Proposals from fully qualified Contractors with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the provision of Services to Design and Build a 2 Storey, 12 Classroom Modular Addition to Charles Best Secondary School in Coquitlam. The work is scheduled to be performed during the 2024/2025 school year. The addition should be completed and ready for occupation before September 2, 2025. For more details, please see Schedule B. Service/Technical Specification and Scope of Work. The Board uses BC Bid for advertising procurement competition. The Board also uses bids&tenders, an online bidding system, for advertising, accepting, and evaluating Proposals digitally.
